Overview

There are currently 21 kits in the Cowan YDNA project whose YDNA does not match that of any other kit (13% dissimilarity acceptance criteria.) Of these 17 kits provide no substantive lineage data, or represent kits for individuals who do not bear the Cowan surname. It is presumed that there's an expectation with these latter kits that an NPE has occurred.
