For the census, Leavenworth County was divided into 19 districts:
- District 143 - Kickapoo Township and that part of the Fort Leavenworth Military Reservation lying within the State of Kansas
- District 144 - Easton Township
- District 145 - Alexandria Township
- District 146 - High Prairie Township
- District 147 - Delaware Township, Clay Township, incl. villages of Genoa and Martin
- District 148 - Tonganoxie Township
- District 149 - Stranger Township
- District 150 - Fairmount Township
- District 151 - Reno Township
- District 152 - Sherman Township
- District 153 - That part of the 1st Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying south of Pottawatomie Street.
- District 154 - That part of the 1st Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying north of Pottawatomie Street.
- District 155 - That part of the 2nd Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying north of Chestnut Street.
- District 156 - That part of the 2nd Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying south of Chestnut Street.
- District 157 - That part of the 3rd Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying north of Cherokee Street and west of Lawrence Avenue.
- District 158 - That part of the 3rd Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying between Cherokee and Spruce Streets, and 5th Street and Lawrence Avenue.
- District 159 - That part of the 3rd Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying south of Spruce Street between 5th Street and Lawrence Avenue.
- District 160 - That part of the 4th Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying north of the Pottawatomie River.
- District 161 - That part of the 4th Ward of the City of Leavenworth lying south of the Pottawatomie River.
