11 July 1675; Josiah, 7 Dec. 1677, d. young;Elizabeth 2 Oct. 1681; Josiah,
again, 28 Nov. 1684; Joseph, 17 Jan. 1691; and Sarah, 30 Apr.
1694. JOSEPH, Seacunk, i. e. Rehoboth, 1651, perhaps was br. of Anthony
of the same. or of Thomas of Scituate. NATHANIEL, Rehoboth,
m. 17 May 1683, Sarah Carpenter, d. of Samuel of the same, as I presume.
OBADIAH, Dunstable, s. of William freem. 1678, one of the
found. of the ch. m. 21 Aug. 1667, Esther, d. of Richard Hassell, had
Obadiah, b. 11 Oct. 1669; Ebenezer, 20 Nov. 1671; Esther, 11 Aug.
1674; John, 31 Jan. 1682; and Elizabeth 7 Apr. 1683; perhaps others;
was k. by the Ind. 28 Sept. 1691. Bond mistakes about him. RICHARD,
New Haven 1640, had Mary, bapt. 4 Oct. of that yr.; Micajah, 31
Oct. 1641; Samuel, 8 June 1645; John, 11 July 1647; and Grace, 2
Sept. 1649; perhaps rem. 1651, and was at Fairfield 1650. Share in
div. of ld. there is giv. to Nathaniel, but not to Richard, wh. may have
d. bef. and this have been his heir. Perhaps he was adm. as an inhab.
1637 at Charlestown, wh. is not long found resid. there; and at Fairfield
m. Grace, wid. of John Nichols aft. June 1653, and was d. in 1658;
but the identity is uncert. for in 1655 one of the name was at Providence,
it is said. This, too, was the name of a merch. at London, one of the Assist.
nam. in the royal chart. 1629, wh. aided our cause by money, but never
came over. SAMUEL, Roxbury, s. of John of the same, was apprent. of
John Ruggles as ment. in his will, Geneal. Reg. XII. 343, m. 28 Jan.
1669, Sarah Stedman, prob. d. of John of the same, was apprent. of
Jan. 1670, d. at 13 yrs.; Samuel, 23 Feb. 1672; Elizabeth 7 June 1674;
John, 12 Apr. 1677; Thomas,1 Sept. 1680; Nathaniel, 27 Aug. 1685,
d. soon; Nathaniel, again, 3 Jan. 1687; and Joseph, 20 Dec. 1688; and
d. 16 Apr. 1706. SAMUEL, Newport, s. of Edward of Sandwich, m. 12
