may have been a propr. of New Haven 1685; tho. JOHN, of New
Haven 1670, seems to me to be ano. person, wh. m. 22 Jan. 1673,
Abigail, youngest d. of John Brocket. He had John, b. 15 Aug. 1674;
Abigail, 17 Mar. 1676; Elizabeth 2 Oct. 1677; Josiah, 21 Sept. 1679, d. next
yr.; William, 24 Feb. 1681; Samuel, 27 Feb. 1683; Mary, 18 Sept. 1685,
d. at 18 yrs.; and James, 6 Apr. 1687. Sec. w. he took, 24 Mar. 1692,
was Jemima, but no issue came of this m. JOHN, Ipswich, s. of Robert,
ar.co. 1666, went to Nantucket, there d. 13 July 1677, says Farmer;
but I feel some distrust of it. JOHN, Middletown, d. 1681, leav. wid. an
eldest s. aged 20; Job, aged 4 yrs; Patience, 3; and Abigail, 1. One
of this name, wh. I kn. not how to appropriate, was passeng. at 14 yrs.
of age, in the Abigail, 1635, from London. JOHN, Boston, s. of William,
m. Mar. 1659, Sarah, d. of Richard Parker; but if the tradit. be
good, that he d. at sea, aft. convey. 29 Dec. 1674, some est. to his niece,
Hannah, d. of Samuel Appleton, w. of William Downes, he had prob.
lost his w. By her he had Sarah, b. 14 Aug. 1660; Hannah, 31 Mar.
1662, both d. young; William, 15 Mar. 1664; Ann, 24 Mar. 1665;
and Elizabeth 19 Feb. 1666. JOHN, Dedham, s. prob. of Thomas the first
of the same, m. 7 Feb. 1677, Mary, d. of Ralph Day, had Rebecca, b. 7
June 1678; Mary, 11 July 1680; Susanna, 17 Aug. 1682; John, 28
Feb 1685; Thomas, 8 Jan. 1687; and Sarah, 17 Nov. 1689. Prob.
his w. d. 25 Oct. 1694. JOHN, Rehoboth, s. of Stephen of the same,
m. Elizabeth d. of Josiah Belcher of Boston, had Elizabeth b. 12 July 1682.

1689, Deborah, d. of Henry Neal, had John, b. 13 Aug. 1690,
casual. k. at 16 yrs.; Deborah, 28 Sept. 16921, d. young; Stephen,
19 Jan. 1694; Joseph, 26 Oct. 1695; Moses, 7 Nov. 1697, d.

Deborah, tw. 27 July 1704. JOHN, Eastham, prob. s. of Thomas of the
same, by first w. said to have been a Bennett, who d. 20 May 1716,
had John, b. 18 Sept. 1690; Mary, 28 Jan. 1693; William, 6 June
1695; Benjamin, 22 Feb. 1697, d. young; Sarah, 14 Apr. 1699; Elizabeth
2 June 1702; Theophilus, 7 Feb. 1704; Josiah, 8 Mar. 1706; Nathaniel,
18 Nov. 1707; Rebecca, 30 Oct. 1709; Mercy, 3 Apr. 1712;
and Benjamin, 18 May 1714, d. young; and he m. 3 Mar. 1720, Alice
Mayo, had Hannah, 11 Jan. 1721, d. young; James, 17 Dec. 1723, d.
young; Thomas, 6 Apr. 1725; and Alice, 4 Dec. 1728. He d. 18 Oct.
1731. JOSEPH, Charlestown 1649, was s. of Edward, bef. ment. who
had est. at Wapping, near London, wh. this s. sold, and went home, prob.
JOSEPH, Eastham, s. of Thomas of the same, m. 27 May 1691, Patience
Sparrow, perhaps d. of Jonathan, had Ebenezer, b. 8 Apr. 1692; Hannah,
5 July 1694; Joseph, 27 Mar. 1697; and Richard, 25 Mar. 1699.
MOSES, Braintree, freem. 2 June 12641, had est. in Cambridge, Concord,
and at Piscataqua, as well as Braintree, and three ch. to wh. by will of
17 June 1643, he div. his prop. half to Moses, made excor, one quarter
to d. Elizabeth and the other to s. Stephen, who was to be under Moses'
