Aug. 1669, d. next mo.; Thomas, 28 May 1671; Mercy, 12 Feb. 1674;
Mary, 14 Sept. 1677; Alice, 25 Dec. 1679; Meletiah, 20 Nov. 1681;
Josiah, 8 Feb. 1684; Ebenezer, 30 May 1687; Seth, 23 Sept. 1689;
these eight bapt. together, 5 June 1692; Benjamin, 26 Sept. 1692. The
f. wh. had been a soldier in the Narraganset fight, 1675, of Gorham's

Andrew, bapt. 1 Apr. 1683; was constable 1684, call. in 1693, a. 60 yrs. b,
old, d. 18 Jan. 1716. WILLIAM, Barnstable, br. of first John, and tradit.
makes their arr. 1634, was first at Scituate, unit. with the ch. 25 Dec.
1636, by w. Alice had John, b. 3 May, bapt. 11 June 1637; and at B.
Elizabeth 22 Sept. bapt. 22 Dec. 1639, d. at 18 yrs.; Samuel, b. 3 July
1642; Job, 9 Mar. 1645; Josiah, 19 Sept. 1647; Eleazer, 21 July
1650; and Joseph, 1654; was rep. 1670, 1, and 4. Twelve of this
name had, in 1834, been gr. at Harv. and five at Yale.

Feb. 1690, d. at 24 yrs.; Elizabeth 17 Apr. 1691; and Benoni, 22 Oct.
1692. He d. 27 Feb. 1693, and his wid. m. 30 Nov. 1704, Samuel
Crofoot. WILLIAM, Lynn 1650 to 75, had m. Ann, wid. of Thomas
Ivory the first, wh. made her will 25 June 1675, in wh. she names her s.
Thomas Ivory, d. Sarah Chadwell, s. Theophilus Bailey and s. John
Burrill. Yet that will was not pro. bef. 26 Nov. 1689, the same time
with his will of 5 Mar. preced. in wh. also are nam. the Ivory, Chadwell,
Bailey, and Burrill connex. with addit. gift to "cous. the eldest
childr. ea. of Peter, Nathaniel, Samuel, and William Frothingham;"
but the relat. is less easily discov.
