1691; Hannah, 23 Mar. 1693; and Joseph, 17 May 1695. NATHANIEL,
Concord, freem. 2 June 1641, had Nathaniel, and John, wrote his
name Billin, and d. 24 Aug. 1673. NATHANIEL, Concord, the freem. of
1673, was prob. s. of the preced. RICHARD, Hartford 1650, wh. as
Hinman, 115, says, was in the Col. bef. 1640, rem. 1661, to Hadley, the
w. side of the riv. that bec. Hatfield, there d. 13 Mar. 1679; and his w.
Margery, by wh. he had only ch. Samuel, d. 5 Dec. foll. ROGER, Dorchester
1640, freem. 10 May 1643, by w. Mary had only Mary, b. 10
July 1643, wh. d. in few mos. and the w. liv. not long. By sec. w.
Hannah, he had Mary, again, bapt. 23 Nov. 1645; Hannah; Joseph;
Ebenezer; Samuel; both bapt. 26 Oct. 1651; Roger, b. 18 Nov.
1657; Elizabeth 27 Oct. 1659; and Zipporah, 21 May 1662, d. at 14
yrs. This w. d. 20 May 1662 or 3; and by third w. Elizabeth d. of John Pratt,
wh. outliv. him, had Jonathan, wh. d. 14 Jan. 1678; and the f. d. 15 Nov.
1683, by his will provid. for w. Joseph, s. of dec s. Joseph; his own Ebenezer
and Roger; s.-in-law, John Penniman, wh. had m. 24 Feb. 1665, his d.
Hannah; and d. Mary with her s. Moses. She had m. 15 Dec. 1663,
Samuel Belcher of Braintree. Seven pages in Thayer's Genealog. Reg.
are fill. by his descend. ROGER, Dorchester, s. of the preced. m. 22
Jan. 1678, Sarah, d. of the first Stephen Paine of Braintree, had Hannah,
b. 21 Jan. 1679; Joseph, 27 May 1681; John, 10 Mar. 1683; Roger, 9
Jan. 1685; William, 27 July 1686; Sarah, 27 Feb. 1689; Stephen, 27
Aug. 1691; Moses, 20 Nov. 1696; Ann, 4 Aug. 1698; Abigail, 15
Feb. 1700; Elizabeth 11 Jan. 1702; and Isaac, 9 July 1703, H. C. 1724. All
these ch. were liv. at the d. of their mo. 19 Sept. 1742. But the newspaper that
relates the dec. of the wid. does not inform us when the f. d. yet it
magnifies the wonder by mak. as many ds. as 6. fourteen in all, and all
alive. SAMUEL, Newport 1655, m. 5 Jan. 1658, Seaborn, d. of Richard Tew,
had Amie, b. 20 Oct. foll.; Mary, 5 Apr. 1662; and perhaps more on
