The microphotographic certification is dated 24 Aug. 1943.

The steamship Queen Mary, a member of the Cunard-White Star Line, was launched in 1934 and sailed its maiden voyage 27 May 1936. Its route was between Southampton and New York, via Cherbourg.[1]
