Elizabeth Ackin Lynn b: 17 AUG 1829 in Isonville, Elliott County, Kentucky. The DOB of this child is consistent with the DOM for the couple listed here. The daughtr Elizabeth Lynn married a Isaac Shelby Frayly (his third marriage), son of Isaac Scott Frayley, born 1778 in Scot County VA. "Frayley" not a common name, but It might be that Isaac is descended from Frederick Frayley, an early settler in the Castles woods area of Southwestern Virginia. It seems plausible that the couple in Elliott County KY is in fact the same couple as were married in Wasington County in 1819.
