Usage

This template can be used to mark pages which are likely duplicates to allow for notice and discussion of the pending merge.

To use this template, simply type {{Dup|person1|person2|person3}} in the text portion of the person or family pages to be merged. Any number of person or family page titles may be listed. Do not include the prefix Person: or Family: in the title. It will be added automatically.

Template should be used on all possible duplicate pages, so that all involved people will be notified via their watch lists.

Once a merging decision is made, please remove the template from all affected pages.
