My direct line is through John & Margaret SMITH's son, Henry SMITH (1727 Ireland to 1792 South Carolina) and his wife Amy. They moved to South Carolina near the Broad River, which was later called Smith Ford in York County.
Their son was David SMITH (1761 Virginia to 1806 South Carolina)who married Barsheba HARRINGTON.
