This compiled transcription (records have been placed in alphabetical order) was published in the Second Series of the Collections and Proceedings of the Maine Historical Society, Vol X, p. 211 (1899). It was also published, presumably by the author, in an undated and unreferenced pamphlet, circa 1899, available at the Internet Archive.

A copy created by the Genealogical Society of Utah in 1955 may be ordered through the nearest Family History Center.
