NOTE: There are three ecclesiastical/civil parishes in Cornwall named St. Stephen's. Original notes were not sufficiently specific to indicate which one this source may refer to, but equivalent films are available for St. Stephen-in-Brannel and St. Stephen's by Saltash.

St. Stephen's in Launceston was divided into Urban and Rural parts in 1889. The urban section of the civil parish was absorbed into Launceston in 1894.
