Files contains an index to the collection of Grandparent Forms of the Genealogical Records Committee of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR). Each index card shows the name of the Revolutionary ancestor, his birth, death and marriage dates and places; name of wife; his war service and reference for the service; name of grandparent from whom lineage was traced; series and volume and page in collection where data may be found. Each Grandparent Form shows the DAR member's lineage from her grandparent to the Revolutionary War ancestor.
