Usage Tips

Per 1st (1956) edition: The Sanders family can be traced back with absolute certainty at present only as far as Robert, the grandfather of Dr. Moses Chapin Sanders, who was living in Mendon, Massachusetts, at least as early as 1746.

Per 2nd (2000) edition: Robert Sanderson was born in about 1608. He lived in Higham, Norfolk, England and was a silversmith. He emigrated in 1638 and settled in Hampton, New Hampshire. He married Lydia and had two children. He married Mary Cross and had seven children. Descendants and relatives lived in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
