Transclusion from Wikipedia [25 May 2009]

In the process of "polishing" the format for this page I noticed that the transclusion of the county summary from Wikipedia, does not work. In checking back to the earlier versions of this page, it appears that it never worked. Checking the code for the transclusion

{{wp-Russell County, Virginia}}

produces only a broken link:

Russell County is a county located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 25,781. Its county seat is Lebanon.

I see nothing obvious that would cause the problem.

The similar code

{{wp-Washington County, Virginia}}

does exactly what its supposed to, though its for a different county page.
