Rugby in Oro Township [31 December 2016]

Hi

Usually we put villages and hamlets as places under their county. In this case [[Place:Rugby, Simcoe, Ontario, Canada|Rugby]]. Then in the description we mention that Rugby is/was in Oro Township. By doing this, Rugby will be easier to find in the index.
