Place talk:Holme, West Riding of Yorkshire, England

Not sure how to fix it but the geographical marker is in the wrong place

Holme has subsidiary places [21 September 2013]

Hi

I am making changes to Yorkshire pages. Most long-standing places, including Holme, are going to be described within the riding of Yorkshire to which they belong. They will also be described as being in Yorkshire in the "Also located in" box. This means that they should be able to be found by either the former administrative county or the historical county (and even by the modern county of West Yorkshire, or whatever).

You have place several hamlets and settlements under Holme. Holme is really too small to have subsidiary places. Thay will all be described as in the West Riding of Yorkshire, but I shall link them to Holme in the text. Also, the text for Holme will include linked references to the currenly subsidiary places.

I shall leave this operation till tomorrow so that you have a chance to reply.
