County [25 February 2012]
Klaas, Graafschap Cemetery straddles Allegan and Ottawa counties (although it appears to be mostly in Holland county). Resources such as Find A Grave and Histopolis have it in Holland county - and we have a page for that at Place:Graafschap Cemetery, Holland, Ottawa, Michigan, United States. - Does it really extend into Allegan County? Looking at WeRelate's Google Map, I don't see any of the cemetery extending south of 32nd Street, which is the City of Holland name for Ottogan Street, the county line road. I guess next time I'm out that way, I'll need to check. (In either case, since the City of Holland spans both counties, it may suffice just to list it in the City of Holland and place it in the Category Page for both counties. --Pkeegstra 09:58, 25 February 2012 (EST)
- The cemetery outline on both Google Maps and Histopolis shows it above 32nd Street. However, when I go to Google's Street view, there are grave sites on both sides of the street. Also, this page says Graafschap is in "Allegan County/Ottawa County, Holland City; Actual Site: 32nd St and Graafschap Rd" and this page says "Graafschap Cemetery started on the northeast corner of 32nd Street, extended to the west side of Graafschap Road, and then to the south side of 32nd Street."
