Yokefleet is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated on the north bank of the River Ouse, not far from where it flows into the River Trent and becomes the Humber. It is approximately 5 miles (8 km) east of Goole and 1 mile (1.6 km) west of Blacktoft.
Historically, Yokefleet was in the ecclesiastical parish of Howden in the wapentake of Howdenshire. From 1894 until 1935, Yokefleet was a civil parish in Howden Rural District. In 1935 it was abolished and the area became part of the civil parish of Blacktoft.
