Wroxton is a village and civil parish in the north of Oxfordshire, England about 3 miles (5 km) west of Banbury. The 2011 Census recorded the parish's population as 546. The hamlet of Balscot was a chapelry within the parish.

Wroxton Abbey is a Jacobean country house on the site of a former Augustinian priory.
