Wood County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of 2000, the population was 75,555. Its county seat is Wisconsin Rapids. The United States Census Bureau's Wisconsin Rapids-Marshfield Micropolitan Statistical Area includes all of Wood County.
