Willow Hill is a village in Willow Hill Township, Jasper County, Illinois. An earlier name for the town appears to have been Liberty Village, as evidenced by street names appearing in the 1900 Federal Census that are currently found in Willow Hill; see for instance this census page image and this OpenStreetMap view. Population of the village had dropped to 172 by 2020, while population appeared to be at its highest in 1900 with 499 residents; population declined in every successive census.
