Willitoft is a hamlet and former civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated just south of the A163 road and west of the B1228 road. It is approximately 8 miles (13 km) east of Selby and 7 miles (11 km) north of Goole.

Historically, Willitoft was in the ecclesiastical parish of Bubwith in the wapentake of Harthill. From 1894 until 1935, Willitoft was a civil parish in Howden Rural District. In 1935 the civil parish was abolished and the area was transferred back to its former parish of Bubwith.
