Willingale is a village and civil parish in the Epping Forest district, in the county of Essex, England. It was created in 1946 out of three neighbouring civil parishes: Shellow Bowells, Willingale-Doe and Willingale-Spain, all in the Ongar Rural District. Other nearby settlements include Miller's Green and Birds Green.

The parish was transferred to the Epping and Ongar Rural District in 1955, and since 1974 it has been located in the Epping Forest District of Essex.
