It is included in the Pine Bluff Metropolitan Statistical Area and the larger Little Rock-North Little Rock-Pine Bluff Combined Statistical Area. White Hall adjoins the Pine Bluff Arsenal.

White Hall has the second highest median household income in Arkansas (after Maumelle).
