Upper Deerfield Township is a township in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. It is part of the Vineland-Millville-Bridgeton Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area for statistical purposes. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 7,660,[1][2][3] reflecting an increase of 104 (+1.4%) from the 7,556 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 629 (+9.1%) from the 6,927 counted in the 1990 Census.

Upper Deerfield Township was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 23, 1922, from portions of Deerfield Township, based on the results of a referendum held on April 3, 1922. It is a dry town, where alcohol cannot be sold, as affirmed by a referendum passed in 1972.

Seabrook Farms (2010 population of 1,484) is a census-designated place and unincorporated area located within Upper Deerfield Township.
