Tottenhill is a civil parish in the southwest of the Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 5.90 km2 (2.28 sq mi) and had a population of 231 in 97 households at the 2001 UK census, reducing to 219 at the 2011 UK census.

"TOTTENHILL, a parish, with a village, in Downham [registration] district, Norfolk; 1¾ mile E by S of Watlington [railway] station, and 6 S of Lynn. Post town: [King's] Lynn. Acres: 1,590. Real property: £2,793; of which £157 are in quarries. Population: 342. Houses: 78. The manor belongs to Mrs. Plestow. The living is a [perpetual] curacy in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £62. Patron: the Bishop of N. There are poors' lands £34.
