St. Mary Bourne is small village and civil parish in northwestern Hampshire. It lies in the valley of the Bourne Rivulet, a tributary of the River Test 5 miles (8 km) northeast of the town of Andover. The village is in a rural area of downland, with a mixture of farms and woodlands nearby. The Bourne Rivulet flows through the centre of the village.

Since 1974 it is part of the Burghclere, Highclere and St. Mary Bourne ward of the Basingstoke and Deane District. Prior to 1974 St. Mary Bourne was a separate civil parish in the rural districts of Kingslere (1894-1932) and Kingsclere and Whitchurch (1932-1974). The parish had a population of 1,377 in the UK census of 2011.
