• "STONEFIELD. a thriving post village in Argenteuil co., Que., on the River Ottawa, 5 miles from Grenville, and on the C.P.R., 59 miles from Montreal. It contains 4 stores, 2 telegraph offices and 1 hotel. Pop. 300."
