St. Mary Hoo is a village and civil parish in Kent, England. It is on the Hoo Peninsula and now in the Medway unitary authority. According to the 2001 UK census it had a population of 244, falling to 238 at the 2011 UK census.

St. Mary's Hoo was a civil parish in Hoo Rural District from 1894 until 1934, in Strood Rural District from 1934 until 1974, in Rochester upon Medway 1974-1998, and in the Medway unitary authority since 1998.
