A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Southburgh from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"BURGH-SOUTH, or Southbergh, a parish in Mitford [registration] district, Norfolk; on the river Yare, 2½ miles NNW of Hingham, and 3½ WSW of Hardingham [railway] station. Post Town: Hingham, under Attleborough. Acres: 1,216. Real property: £2,229. Population: 317. Houses: 62. The property is divided between two. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £249. Patron: B. Gurdon, Esq. The church is fair."

In 1935 the civil parish of Southburgh was abolished and absorbed into the neighbouring parish of Cranworth.

The files are separated by type and broken down into time periods (i.e., "Baptism, Marriages, and Burials, 1535-1812" is more than one file). The general explanatory notes are worth reading for those unfamiliar with English parish records.
