Sedgehill is a village in the civil parish of Sedgehill and Semley (formed 1986) in the English county of Wiltshire. The church in Sedgehill is dedicated to St. Catherine and is part of the Benefice of St. Bartholomew in the Diocese of Salisbury.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Sedgehill from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"SEDGHILL, a parish in Mere [registration] district, Wilts; 1½ mile N N W of Semley [railway] station, and 4¼ S W of Hindon. Post-town: Semley, under Salisbury. Acres: 1,175. Rated property: £1,847. Population: 194. Houses: 38. Most of the property belongs to the Marquis of Westminster. The living is a [perpetual] curacy, annexed to Berwick St. Leonard, in the diocese of Salisbury. The church is good; and there is a parochial school."
