Place:Saint Joseph Cemetery, Clarksville, Red River, Texas, United States

Located five blocks east of the courthouse, opposite St. Joseph Catholic Church, this is the oldest and still the primary Roman Catholic cemetery in Red River County. The earliest burials are those of Peter and Martha Gaffney, both in 1870. The plot of land was conveyed to the Church in Aug 1871. There are about 300 burials.
