Saint Georges Cemetery is a well maintained cemetery accessible via Kirkwood St. Georges Road in New Castle County, Delaware. According to engraving on the entranceways, the cemetery was established in 1698, which was in the period when the area was part of the British Delaware Colony. There was a "St. Georges Cemetery Company" established by Delaware legislation in 1871, but it is unclear whether there is a relationship between the Cemetery and the Company.[1]

The grounds lie adjacent to the west of a cemetery monument vendor and to the north of a section of the Antrum subdivision. Driving is possible along a single lane paved way, only wide enough for the passage of one vehicle; there are limited areas where a vehicle can be pulled off the lane to provide passage.
