Rowlstone (also spelled Rowlestone and Roulestone) is a village and civil parish in the county of Herefordshire in England. It is a rural area with agriculture the main source of employment, and had only 87 residents in 2004, increasing to 180 at the 2011 Census.
It is notable mainly for the Norman parish church of St. Peter, which contains some distinguished carvings, including a tympanum showing Christ in Majesty with four attendant angels.

- "ROWLSTONE, a parish in the [registration] district and county of Hereford; 1½ mile W of Pontrilas [railway] station, and 2½ S S W of Abbey Dore. Post-town: Pontrilas, under Hereford. Acres: 1,678. Real property: £1, 227. Population: 145. Houses: 28. The property is subdivided. The living is a [perpetual] curacy, united with the [perpetual] curacy of Llancillo, in the diocese of Hereford. Value: £200. Patron: Mr. King. The church was restored in 1865."
