Reigate and Banstead is a local government district with borough status in the eastern part of Surrey, England. It includes the towns of Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Banstead.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972 as merger of the former borough of Reigate with Banstead Urban District and part of Dorking and Horley Rural District. For the most part the distict is unparished, but separated into wards instead.
