Preston-on-Stour is a village and civil parish now in Warwickshire, England found some four kilometres south of Stratford-upon-Avon. As the village name suggests the River Stour flows along its eastern fringe and the A3400 runs about 1 kilometre east.

The parish of Preston-on-Stour, which had been part of Marston Sicca Rural District in Gloucestershire since 1894, was transferred to Warwickshire in 1931 along with the other parishes in the rural district. A further explanation will be found under Marston Sicca Rural District.
