Polebrook is a village and civil parish in Northamptonshire, England. The population (including Armston) at the 2011 census was 478.

The parish of Polebrooke was expanded in 1935 when the parish of Armston was absorbed into it. The parish of Ashton near Oundle is to the west.

The East Northamptonshire District was merged with the Corby District, the Kettering District, and the Wellingborough District to become the North Northamptonshire District in April 2021. The new District was one of two unitary authorities replacing the County of Northamptonshire, the other being named the South Northamptonshire District.
