Otsego Township is a civil township of Allegan County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 4,854 at the 2000 census. The City of Otsego is located within the township, but is administratively autonomous.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Otsego Township is T 1 N, R 12 W.
