North Zanesville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Muskingum County, Ohio, United States, contained in the northern portion of the city of Zanesville, along the Muskingum River. The population was 3,013 at the 2000 census. North Zanesville is not a city or village on its own, but an annexed part of the City of Zanesville.
