Nowa Karczma is a village in Kościerzyna County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Nowa Karczma. It lies approximately east of Kościerzyna and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.
