Napoleon is a city in and the county seat of Henry County, Ohio, United States, along the Maumee River. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 8,749.

Four buildings in Napoleon are listed on the National Register of Historic Places: the county courthouse, the sheriff's house and jail, First Presbyterian Church, and St. Augustine's CatholicChurch. Also home to the renowned Ricks Sports Bar and Steak House in historic downtown as well as the local restaurant Spenglers.
