Mount Haley Township is a civil township of Midland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 1,678 at the 2010 census.

In the traditional land survey township numbering for the State of Michigan, Mount Haley Township is T 13 N, R 1 E, which lacks the two westernmost columns of sections because of the Michigan Meridian error of closure.
