Morgan County is a county located in the U.S. state of Utah. As of the 2010 census, the population was 9,469. Its county seat and largest city is Morgan. It was named for Jedediah Morgan Grant, father of Heber J. Grant, who served as president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Morgan County is part of the OgdenClearfield Metropolitan Statistical Area as well as the Salt Lake City–Ogden–Clearfield Combined Statistical Area.
