Milton is a city in King and Pierce counties in the U.S. state of Washington.The population was 6,968 at the 2010 census. Milton borders the larger but younger town of Edgewood. Milton is the hometown of Jeremy Wuitschick, a 13-year-old pupil who took control of and stopped a school bus in 2012 when its driver appeared to become unresponsive.
