Milden is a small village and civil parish in Suffolk, England. It is located in the Babergh District, around four and half miles from Sudbury.

The parish contains the remains of Milden Castle, a motte-and-bailey castle on Foxburrow hill. It was built in the 12th century, but today all that remains is the earth mound upon which it was constructed. Wikipedia didn't say why it was built.
