Marston Meysey, pronounced and sometimes also spelt Marston Maisey, is a village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, lying 3 miles (5 km) northeast of Cricklade on the county boundary with Gloucestershire. The parish includes the hamlet of Marston Hill.

The village is not far away from RAF Fairford. The nearest major town is Swindon.

Marston Meysey was part of the hundreds of Highworth, Cricklade and Staple and of the diocese of Gloucester.

The population was 240 in 1831, but only 185 in 1951. It had increased again to 207 by the UK census of 2011.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Marston Maisey from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"MARSTON-MAISEY, a parish in the [registration] district of Cirencester and county of Wilts; adjacent to the Thames and Severn canal, and nearly surrounded by Gloucestershire, 3 miles NE by N of Cricklade, and 6¼ NNE of Purton [railway] station. Post town: Cricklade. Acres: 1,276. Real property, with Castle-Eaton and Lushill: £6,171. Rated property of [Marston Maisey] alone: £1,791. Population: 215. Houses: 52. The property is mnch subdivided. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Gloucester and Bristol. Value: £76. Patron: the Rector of Hampton Maisey [Gloucestershire]. The church is good; and there is a slightly endowed national school."
