Madison Parish (French: Paroisse de Madison) is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. Its parish seat is Tallulah. In the 2010 census, Madison Parish had 12,093 inhabitants, a decrease of 1,635, or 11.9 percent, from the 2000 population of 13,728. The parish is 61 percent African American. The Tallulah Micropolitan Statistical Area includes all of Madison Parish.
