Luton Rural District was located in Bedfordshire, England from 1894 until 1974.

It covered an area surrounding three sides of Luton--the north, west and south. In 1933 it was expanded greatly by adding nearly all of the former Eaton Bray Rural District.

The district was abolished in 1974 under the Local Government Act 1972, combining with other districts to become part of the South Bedfordshire District. (This area has been within the Central Bedfordshire District since 2009.
