Litchfield and Woodcott is a civil parish formed in Hampshire, England in 1932 from the parishes of Litchfield and Woodcott. From 1932 until 1974 it was part of Kingsclere Rural District. In 1974 it became part of the non-metropolitan Distict of Basingstoke and Deane.
